Adele’s team are rumored to be in talks about a possible TV special to promote their long-awaited new album.
There is still no official release date for the long-awaited record – which is set to drop in the coming months – however, the megastar team is reportedly exploring the idea of another TV show after the TV broadcast of the hitmaker “Someone Like You”. concerts on the BBC in the UK and NBC in the US for their 2015 LP ’25’.
Sources told Vulture that: “Adele’s camp has approached several networks and platforms about the idea of staging a TV special related to the new version.”
Given the album’s seemingly imminent release, however, there may not be enough time to film this type of production.
Yesterday (04.10.21), Adele returned to Twitter after a nine-month hiatus as fans continue to anticipate news of the album.
The ‘Hello hitmaker teased fans about his comeback by taking to Twitter to joke about Instagram, WhatsApp and the global Facebook blackout.
Responding to the official Twitter page post that read, “Literally Hello Everyone,” the 33-year-old singer replied, “Hiya babes!”
Twitter timelines were full of people joking that Adele had blocked social media apps from working with her comeback album campaign.
The “Rolling in the Deep” hitmaker changed his header and profile photo to a shade of blue-green, sparking speculation about an ongoing ad.
Additionally, the Grammy winner invites fans to subscribe to her website for the latest information.
And last week, billboards with “30” were spotted across the world, and all of Adele’s albums were titled as Ages.
“30” should be the continuation of “19”, “21” in 2011 and “25” in 2015.
Album rumors have been swirling for some time now, and after Taylor Swift announced the release of “Red (Taylor’s Version)” a week earlier than expected, it was suggested that she change the date to make way for return of Adele LP.
The 31-year-old megastar’s re-recording of the acclaimed 2012 album will now be released on November 12, instead of November 19, and it could have something to do with the rumor that Adele dropped her record this month after. The ‘Skyfall’ hitmaker started trending online after the announcement.
