Alanis Morissette is about to release a meditation album.

“Music, to me, is like a portal of sorts, an invitation into a state of being that I’m not normally in. Making the record kept me super connected and accountable during COVID, when I had the felt like I was just going to disappear and fly away.”
“The Storm Before The Calm” will be released via various streaming platforms and the mental health app Calm on June 17.
Alanis has previously spoken about her love of meditation, admitting it has helped her immensely over the years.
