The 31-year-old superstar has revealed he’s only “a few” characters away from finishing work on his follow-up to 2020’s chart-topping ‘After Hours’.
Speaking on his Apple Music show ‘Memento Mori’, the ‘Blinding Lights’ hitmaker said, “The only thing missing are a few characters who are key to the narrative.”
The Weeknd – whose name is Abel Tesfaye – announced that it would contain pieces about “some people who are near and dear to me, some people who inspired my life as a child and others who inspire me now”.
The Canadian singer also apologized for his absence from his weekly show.
